Iceland and Greenland

Iceland and Greenland

This is the ultimate in Northern Hemisphere experiences. Two intriguing countries. Iceland, the land of fire and ice, and Greenland covered by the second largest polar ice cap in the world and home to icebergs, whales and a fascinating culture.

Take what is already two of life’s great lifetime adventure destinations and add a bucket load more authenticity by visiting volcanoes, black volcanic beaches and blue ice caves carved through glaciers with camping under the midnight sun and then heading to the wilderness of Greenland and camping under the mid night sun! Truly magical!

Camp Kiattua, Inuit for “warm place”, is located deep into Nuuk Fjord, one of the biggest and oldest fjords in the world and situated two hours with boat from the capital of Greenland Nuuk. It has all the creature comforts you may be looking for from hot shower to sauna and Jacuzzi from which you can watch the Northern Lights in late summer.
