You don’t need any experience to go white water rafting so it is a great activity for most people and families. Rest assured we have a number of locations across Europe and North America that are perfectly suited to the first timer including the River Dranse in France where we have teamed up with Frog’s Rafting, a family run but fully qualified outfit close to Les Gets. Alternatively, you could try class 2 and 3 rapids on the Snake River near Jackson Hole which is internationally known as one of the best and most consistent white water adventures in North America.
If you want bigger and better then how about a full day on the Elaho-Squamish River near Whistler where you will experience Class 3 and 4 rapids, a BBQ lunch and a drive through the Coast Mountains that will envelop your senses.
For the real adrenaline junkies why not join a group of fewer than 300 people in the last 20 years who have rafted the River Stein in British Columbia. With rapids such as Touching the Void, Down the Drain, Notch Waterfall and Rooster Tail the 2 day trip you are sure to tick off some of your bucket list.
