Although Stand Up Paddling Boarding has its origins in the 1960’s, it is only recently that it has become increasingly more popular as a great work out that improves balance, flexibility and inner core strength but also freedom to reach more tranquil and hard to reach places.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is possible in a range of conditions and can be experienced on ocean, lake and even rivers by people of all ages. That is why it is a perfect activity in many of our destinations from Nimmo Bay Resort in Canada, where you can head out on one of the resorts own boards and watch bears feeding along the seashores, or at Nonsuch Bay in Antigua where you can paddle across crystal clear water and coral white sands or in Moliets and Martinhal where you can substitute calmer water and surf down Atlantic rollers.
